Kedves Szülők, Vezetők, Cserkészek! (Skip down for English…)

Az augusztusi Jubi táborra 37 cserkész és szülő érkezik Clevelandba. Ez egy óriási út nekik és már évek óta készülnek erre az eseményre. Az ausztrálok vendéglátását és szállitását elvállaltuk itt Clevelandban és ehez kérjük mindenki segitségét. A csatolt információt nézzétek át és, ha megtudjátok tenni, vállaljon mindenki vendéget vagy tábor elött 2 estére, vagy a tábor utáni héten 2 estére. Ez egy ragyogó alkalom lenne a cserkészeknek megismerni más világtájon élő cserkészt, a felnőtteknek is. Együtt fognak buszon utazni innen, aztán tábor után 2 napig lesznek NY-ban, aztán jönnek ide vissza.

Dear All!

It is with great excitement that we announce that 37 Hungarian Scouts from Australia will be coming to the Jubilee camp to be held in August in Fillmore, NY. As you can imagine, this is a huge undertaking for them ($2000/ scout for just the plane ticket) and they’ve been preparing for it for many years. The two of us have taken on the job of organizing their food, lodging here in Cleveland and bus ride to Fillmore. We are writing to ask for your kind assistance in this matter. Please review the attached information. Let us know if you are able to host scouts for 2 nights before camp or 2 nights after the camp. This is a great opportunity to get to know young and adult hungarian scouts from another continent. We will be going to Fillmore together with them on the grayhound buses that we usually employ for such trips. After camp, the Australians will go to NY City for two days and then return via hired vans to Cleveland, from which they will leave by air 2 days later.
